Plumbing Career
Get paid while you learn, take on no tuition debt, and successfully grow into a service plumbing career with Peterman Brothers.

Start From Zero. Train to Become a Service Plumber.
Plumbing Top Tech is Peterman Brothers’ paid path for people who want to learn plumbing without needing years of experience or paying for trade school first.
If we’re going to tell people the trades can provide a career they’re proud to build, we believe we should give them a real way to get there.
That means time to learn the fundamentals, practice with real tools and equipment, work alongside experienced professionals, and build the confidence to take care of homeowners in the field.
Over 20 weeks, that’s exactly what you’ll work toward: becoming a service plumber.
Build the Skills to Understand, Solve, Serve, and Succeed
Becoming a good service plumber takes more than memorizing how a plumbing system works. You need technical skills, good judgment, hands-on experience, and the ability to take care of the person whose home you’re working in.
That’s what the training is built around.
Plumbing Fundamentals
Learn how residential plumbing systems work and build a strong foundation in the systems, fixtures, and equipment you’ll see in the field.
Tools, Safety & Repairs
Get hands-on with common plumbing tools and equipment while learning safe work habits and basic repair skills.
Drain & Whole-Home Skills
Build experience with drain-cleaning work, cable equipment, an introduction to jetting, and evaluating the plumbing system beyond the immediate problem.
Customer Communication
Learn how to explain what you’re seeing, communicate clearly with homeowners, and deliver service through the Peterman Way.
From Day One to Service Plumber
For 20 weeks, Peterman Brothers invests in helping you become capable, confident, and ready for the work ahead. You’ll move from learning how residential plumbing systems work to practicing those skills in the lab, seeing them applied in real homes, and learning how to take care of customers along the way.
