Am I a Peterman Brothers employee during training?
Yes. You’re a full-time employee from day one, not a student waiting for a job offer
Do I need experience to join Top Tech Academy?
No. Both programs are built for people with little to no experience in the trade. What matters is a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to taking care of customers.
Does Top Tech Academy cost anything?
No. There’s no tuition. You’re hired as a full-time employee and earn an hourly wage while you train. Top Tech students earn an hourly rate during training.
What are the requirements to apply?
You’ll need a clean, safe driving record, the ability to meet the physical demands of the trade, and to complete our pre-employment screenings. You should also be comfortable working in customers’ homes and with hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
Where are classes held?
We hold classes at our training center in Greenwood, IN. Plumbing classes run Monday through Friday during business hours.
